Vintage 1950s Large Asian Carved Wooden Jewelry Box.  There are three sections on top and two drawers.  The carvings are of Dragons and Pagodas.  Each section is lined with red fabric.  The center top compartment lid has mirror.  Each side has two tiers.  The middle section has to be lifted in order to extend or unfold the two side sections.  Inside of the drawers have the red fabric as well.  The two drawers are not divided.  There are brass tone handles on each side of box.  There is brass latch but no lock or key.  The latch needs to be tightened and straightened.  Jewelry box weighs 6.5 pounds.  It is 17 1/2 inches wide, 3/4 inches tall, land 1/2 inches deep.  The red fabric has lint from use.
