 Unless buyers request otherwise, all items are shipped via Royal Mail or other
 tracked courier, who do not offer protection for damage but for loss only to
 antiques, ceramics, jewelery, watches or collectibles.  This can be verified
 via the ParcelForce website.(in "Articles Excluded from Compensation"). All
 items are carefully packed and every care is taken to ensure that your item
 will arrive in perfect condition, however we cannot be held responsible for any
 damage or loss incurred whilst goods are in transit, which is totally beyond
 our control. We always get certificate of posting. On larger items the weight
 of the box and packaging materials can add between and Kilograms.
 If requested we can ship by UPS or similar, fully protected at buyers expense.

Returns:
