Britannia Collectables Fine Silver from 18th, 19th & 20th Century Affordable Antiques & Collectables Derbyshire, UK  Item: -                       Silver Cruet Set Description: -            Beautiful antique silver Cruet Set supplied in the original fitted case. Fantastic set which includes Mustard with hinged lid, two Salts, two Pepperettes with pull-off lids and condiment spoons. Each of the pieces in this set have lovely intricate pierced decoration to the circumference come complete with blue glass liners, the Petterettes stand upon flat bases and the Mustard and Salts have bun feet. This is stylish period set with clear Hallmarks which would make superb addition to any collection please see images. Assay: -                    Birmingham      -  Silver Sterling (.925 Fineness) Date & Period: -        Each of the condiments is dated Birmingham 1919 except one mustard which is dated 1918. Two of the spoons are original to the set and dated 1924, the other is matched and dated 1920 maker E Barnsley & Co. Engraving: -              None Maker: -                     Wilkinson & Sons
Measurement: -    Longest measurement (width of mustard including handle) 73 mm     (1 inch 25.4mm)  Weight: -                Total silver weight 104.9 grams or 3.37 troy oz, cased weight 652 grams Condition: -               Very good condition,light surface marks from general use only. The glass liners are in good condition with no chips, some small fleabites commensurate with age and use only. Superb set please see images.
