Antique REED & BARTON Footed Coffee Pot Teapot; Victorian Aesthetic. Dated 1869. Super Figural Griffin Ram with curled horns and paw feet,.. as the top lid finial; great North Wind Head on front! Great Paw Feet. Decorated all around with engraved and raised relief. Great condition considering its age!  There is some silver loss (ie: most obvious on handle). There is minor dings dimples (see photos) but not serious. It is quite clean inside too!  Hinge works perfectly and is in excellent condition. This is wonderful example of Victorian Aesthetic Movement design at its best! Signed REED & BARTON; Pat. 1869; #2405. Stands 1/2" tall; 10" long from handle to spout.
