DescriptionA spectacular Solid Gold Box with an ornate design created in exquisite detailing out of different coloured golds. The design on the top of the hinged lid shows harp flanked by two cornucopias bursting with flowers. The sides and underside panels are embellished with engine turned designs and scroll patterns.
Made in Hanau, Germany. (Continental) Date c. 1830. Maker Charles, Collins & Sohne.
