small antique Tiffany and Co sterling silver pill box.  The inside is goldtone and believe the outside was at one point too but the patina has worn and it's between gold and silver color.It is marked in very very tiny letters on the inside rim "Tiffany and Co Sterling Made in Italy with small emblem after it.  I could not photograph it it is too small and hard to see.  Inside on both sides it is marked with the number "15". 
THe clasp is tight and it does have some wear as shown.  Measures about 2" long.   do not know the age but it is sort of an Art Deco design. WAS JUST REMINDED THAT THE HINGE HAS BEEN REPAIRED/RESOLDERED, but is functional.
