Victorian Edwardian Antique Writing Slope Box for Restoration, Brass Corners
Antique Victorian or Edwardian writing slope to restore.  Veneered medium coloured wood box with brass corners to the lid, 2 of which are missing as is the cartouche/brass plaque.  
The inside is empty.  The box has a brass band on each edge all of these are present.  
It is however in need of lots of tlc - the lock is damaged and there is no key, and it does not have the original hinges.  
The outside bottom edges have various thin slivers of veneer missing as well as bit missing from the back lid edge.
Would make lovely large stationery or jewellery box once restored.
Measures 35cm 23cm 15cm high.
