Small antique square wooden trinket box. With veneered and hinged lid.
Dimensions 10cmsx10xcmsx4cms. Thickness of wood (lid) 6mm. Thickness of wood (box part) 8mm.
The veneer has minute cracks in places, due to its age. Also chipped at corners. Nevertheless, this is good little box. No slackness in the hinge. There's faint whiff of cinnamon inside! Overall, in great condition.
