Up for auction is a  Rare Antique Solid Sterling Jewish or Chinese Articulated Fish Box.  A dear elderly friend of mine has asked me to sell few items for her, as she is getting up there in age and is ready to part with some of her treasures. have so many pieces to list for her. She believes this Antique Fish is from the 19th Century, or the early 20th Century. We are not sure if it is Chinese or an item used in the Jewish Faith.  This Rare Fabulous Sterling Spice Box is APPROXIMATELY 5 3/4 inches long at the longest parts.  I could not find mark, but it was tested and came out sterling. It looks like there might have been enamel on the eyes, and some on the triangle by the fin. It weighs 52.5 grams.  I have not cleaned this Beauty. I will leave that up to the new owner.  This Fabulous Sterling Articulated Koi Fish Box is  a Collectors must have!!!!  It looks much better in person.
