have this lovely pair of brass (I'm pretty sure its brass) wall mountable candle holders. taken from house that was built around 1880. The family who owned the house for many generations believed they were originally mounted to piano, but cannot find evidence of that when looked at the piano in question. They were crudely used to hold light bulb and lampshade which was done so dangerously we threw that section out. Other than their 40 odd years of electrical holding use, they are quite nice little item. I'm afraid know very little more about them other than they seem to be genuinely antique.
