These are an old pair of, believe out side lamps, they could be cleaned up and used inside, they are wall type.They have very decorative features with an  Imperial eagle on the top glass panels all intact no cracks etc.They open with pin fixture, have not cleaned these at all, they are in need of either being cleaned or painted,they also look like they have at one time been re- wired with modern wiring. The metal looks like copper on the top and base but the long tube shapes look like brass? unfortunately when photoing them it was hard to catch all their size with out them falling over.Measurements are 19" long approx the glass lamp part measures 17" circumference, they have combined weight of 1/2 kilos.This item would be sent by courier tracked and would also require signature.
