Early Dutch Sterling Silver 'Rocking' Sailing Boat & men playing music / singing for sale
Dutch Silver Boat
Hallmarked with the sword dating it to the period c.1814-1905Very well made and rocks gently (like rocking chair) which I've attempted to demonstrate by the 10th & 11th pictures!
One man appears to be holding trumpet and the otherseems to be singing (with his arms emotively outstretched).It's somewhat satisfying to see they're enjoying themselves
The piece is in fine antique condition with no damage or repairsand stands 14cm tall, weighing 45 grams
