Hello. do not have information regarding provenance, age, materials or specific maker. There are defects on the figuring  but the piece is still very beautiful and captures the innocence of youth. will not put label on the condition, rather just list the known defects. The dress has large pieces that have broken off do not have the broken pieces). There are also two chipped area on the bottom of the base only seen when turned over. Please inspect all of the photos to determine the condition.
