Offered for auction classic "ANTIQUE LOUIS XV STYLED FRENCH MARQUETRY INLAY WALNUT & SATINWOOD COFFEE TABLE".  This table features walnut top accented with artistic satinwood Fleur De Lis and scroll work designs.  The corners are adorned with gilt brass ormolu fittings  The legs and skirt have artistic relief carving with gold highlights.  The feet have carved hairy designs accented in gold with paw/pad support.  The table dimensions: Length...35 3/4", Width...23", Height..15 3/4".  This table is in very good pre-owned condition with normal wear consistent with age.  It has some scratches that are visible at close inspection and wear near the edges.  There are minor nicks on the top but no major flaws.  Some areas on the top show fading and water marks.  There is no missing inlay on the top surface.  Originally, there might have been glass covering the top surface, however, this table is offered without glass layer.
