This is great old box beautifully hand carved!! Both the lid and the bottom are one piece of wood hinged together.The bottom piece has been hollowed out.Red Felt velvet liningIt's very heavy weighing approx 2¼ pounds.It has heavy metal hinges and what look to be nails.
Measures approx 9" long 1/2" high 1/2" deep
