This beautiful antique French gravy or sauce ladle is still in its original box. It has sterling handle with the Minerva mark as evidence of its silver content and the business part is gold plated silver, also called vermeil. The gold part is marked with makers mark which stands for Ravinet  & Denfert of Paris, 1891 – 1912. The silver handle has scrolls and floral design. The box is covered in brown grey leatherette paper with gold markings and an interesting level closure.
Measurements are: ½” by ½” by 1”.
