This clock has not been cleaned.The clock does not run, it is over wound. Being sold as is. Comes with original windup key.Not sure what this entails, not an expert in anyway on Clocks. 
Back Stamped in circle between strike "ON" and "OFF" is "AUG.SCHATZ & SOHNE" with "GERMANY" Measurements: approx. 13 1/2" wide 4" deep.
