Superb vintage studio pottery vase, American, circa 1958, the reddish-brown clay body of shapely waisted form with circular foot, finished with an abstract pattern of glazes in shades of gray, brown, tan, pale ocher, cobalt blue, salmon, green and black, approx. 4-5/8” tall, the underside with incised illegible monogram (GF?) and date “7/28/58.” In excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, or crazing.
